The Company

BETDAQ is the second largest sports betting exchange in the world. BETDAQ is operated by Ladbrokes International plc and is powered by a betting exchange platform operated by Exchange Platform Solutions Limited. The BETDAQ betting exchange platform uses the state-of the-art proprietary software and is fully protected by copyright in the European Union. BETDAQ matches in excess of £75 million worth of bets around the world each week. Punters gain real value as they bet against each other and not against the odds provided by a traditional bookmaker. BETDAQ provides markets for a range of international sporting events at a starting rate of 3% commission.

Regulation

Ladbrokes International plc is licensed (RGL No. 010) by the Government of Gibraltar and regulated by the Gibraltar Gambling Commissioner.

Social Responsibility

BETDAQ believes in a socially responsible attitude to gambling. It has worked closely with GAMCARE, the National Association for Gambling Care, Educational Resources and Training, to ensure that it does everything in its power to provide an enjoyable betting experience for its customers and yet recognise that betting can cause problems for a small minority of the public.

In addition, it takes extra measures to verify that customers are over 18, and does not accept certain payment cards that can be offered to minors. These measures are approved by GAMCARE.
